Cancellation Policy

 

 

In the event that you need to cancel your service, please cancel your appointment prior to 12 hours before your service appointment. You may reschedule your appointment up until 3 hours before your service appointment, and may reschedule up to 3 times.

 

We utilize this policy because our Nifty specialists are dispatched to various parts of the Kansas City and surrounding areas to perform our services. As such, we can better perform our services for our customers if our car care specialists' schedules are uninterrupted. Thank you for understanding our cancellation policy.
